本课程是电气自动化技术专业培养方案中的一门专业选修课程,关注高精度电机运动控制系统组建与控制,是《PLC应用技术》、《工业网络与总线技术》等课程后续课程,是电机控制的综合应用,可实现位置、速度、加速度的精确控制,是从事现代自动化设备改造与维护、机器人应用系统故障诊断等岗位的关键能力之一。This course is a professional elective course in the electrical automation technology professional training plan, focusing on the construction & control of high precision motor motion control system. As a subsequent course of Application Technology of PLC, Industrial Network and Bus Technology, this course teaches comprehensive application of the motor control, which help to realize accurate control of position, velocity, acceleration.  The ability acquired through learnning the course is one of the key ones for those engaging in positions like  modern automation equipment renovation and maintenance, robot application system fault diagnosis, etc.

本课程作为一门技术应用型的专业课程,在课程体系上注重先修课程《电机与应用》、《模拟电子技术》、《数字电子技术》、《PLC应用技术》等课程中所学知识在本课程中的融会贯通,采用循序渐进的方式,以西门子S7-300控制器为核心,熟悉其内部资源、指令系统,结合实验和实训,由易及难,逐步建立起伺服控制系统的设计和调试方法。为后续实践课程《运动控制系统》打好良好的基础,达到培养学生具有分析问题和解决问题的能力。As a professional course of technology application,  this course pay special attention to help students achieve mastery of former subjects learned already, such as Electrical Machinery and Applications, Analog Electronic, Digital Electronic Technology , PLC Application Technology, etc. through a comprehensive study. Siemens S7-300 controller being the core example of this course, students are supposed to  get familiar with its internal resources, instruction system, and gradually get to know how to design and moderate a servo control system step by step.  All these lay a solid foundation for the follow-up practical course Motion Control System, and help the students cultivate ability in analyzing and solving problems.

教学方法

1.项目导向、任务驱动教学法

教学过程中坚持工学结合,以项目为导向、以任务驱动的学生技能学习。选取典型任务,涵盖相关知识点。注重培养学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力以及创新思维与技术综合应用能力。

         1. Project - oriented, task - driven approach

In the process of teaching, teachers should adhere to the combination of practice and study, and help students to improve skills through projects and typical tasks covering relevant knowledge points. Teachers should focus on cultivating students' ability to find, analyze and solve problems, as well as innovative thinking and comprehensive  ability in technology application .


2.现场教学法

在实训场所、生产一线进行现场教学,理论与实践有机结合,进行一体化教学,增强学生的感性认识,建立控制系统的现场感,提高学生的理解能力,易于学生掌握较抽象的知识点。

Teachers carry on the spot teaching in the training room or production front line, integrating theory & practice to strengthen students’ perceptual knowledge. By doing this, teachers demonstrate a real situation of the control system, which help students to understand and master the abstract knowledge points.

In the process of teaching theoretical and practical skills, the four-in-one teaching method of teaching, learning, practicing and doing should be adopted.Teachers give instructions and students learn, practice and do by themselves. Integrating learning and doing, theory and practice, students will have solid theoretical knowledge and excellent practical skills.

Teaching Design

如学习团队组织;情境(工程背景)创设;以学生为中心的案例设计;讨论与研究安排;学习中的合作安排;知识运用与实践的安排;知识的梳理与认识(重构);学习报告等等方面的教学设计。

本课程根据项目创设项目情境,以学生为中心进行项目任务教学,学生以小组为单位进行团队组织和学习,讨论研究。在教学中坚持老师:问   引 点 导,学生:疑 思 知 练,教学互动,螺旋上升。从而让学生能够知识的理解并运用。

This course sets up situation according to the project. It carries on the project task teaching with the student as the center. Students carry on the the study, discussion and research with the group as the unit. In the teaching process,teachers should ask questions, make guidance, give hints and instructions. While the students should raise questions, think, understand and practise. By this means, students finally master the knowledge and apply it to real situation.

以训练过程中的态度、结果和所撰写的实训报告为评分依据。实训报告填写完整、内容正确的为合格(60-70分);符合上条并在训练中态度认真、接线整齐美观的为良好(71-85分);符合上二条并在训练中提出创新性、建设性的问题和建议的为优秀(86-100分)。缺课不得分,在训练项目中有弄虚作假情况或实训报告有抄袭行为的不及格。(教师评价+互评)

The score is based on the student's attitude, project results and the written training report. The training report with complete and correct contents is qualified (60-70 points); In line with the above and serious training attitude, neat and nicewiring will be rated as good (71-85 points); Those who met the above two criteria and raised innovative and constructive questions and suggestions during training will be rated as excellent (86-100 points).
